The machines in detail
Densy-coner Model ARD/L - pictured below
This machine is a precision assembly winder of yarn on to packages between 6" and 8". It has auto doffing
and very accurate length measuring. Yarn can be lubricated during the winding process to help protect the yarn during
the two for one twisting process which follows. It is available with either an internal or external creel and the
spindles have a very fast brake to stop winding any single yarn. It has a maximum speed of 1100 m/min and it can
be fitted with elastomeric yarn feeding as illustrated.
Sembly-coner Model ARS - pictured below
This machine has all the features of the densy-coner but it is a random assembly winder and can be
supplied without the auto doffing feature which may be interesting for companies processing very fine yarns or who
have very low labour costs.
Precy-coner Model RRP/L
This rewinder is perfect for making packages suitable for dyeing or similar processes where a perfect
package is required. It feeds the yarn under a constant tension and it can give soft edges to the package for the dyer
or apply wax on to the yarn if a knitter is going to use it. See the illustrated overfeed and waxing.
Singeing machine Model GRR/N
Like it says - it singes the yarn for the cleanest looking thread you could ever need.
Hank-coner Model DRM
This is probably one of the fastest hank to cone winders available due to the new 'tensionless'
feeding device which increases unwinding speeds by up to 50 percent. An independently controlled motor looks after
the unwinding of the hank to give very smooth unwinding, less end brakes and higher speed. It is available with many
other options such as waxing, yarn clearing(mechanical) and meter counters.
Ri.te machines are manufactured in Italy and provide a well proven alternative to more expensive
machinery available from other European manufacturers.
